John Rosell, MD 

Medical Director

Board-Certified Physician

Dr. John Rosell attended medical school at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, Illinois. He completed residency training in Emergency Medicine at The University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, where he served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Rosell is board-certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. His approach to care is shaped by a strong interest in health promotion and lifestyle medicine, inspired in part by time spent learning from his grandfather, an early advocate of preventive, whole-person healthcare in the Pacific Northwest. 

Special Interests

Dr. Rosell  provides primary care focused on prevention, early detection, and long-term wellness. They work closely with patients to support annual physicals, sick visits, preventive care, and chronic disease follow-up.

Karrie Hamman

MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner

Karrie Hamman, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2021 and brings 11 years of nursing experience across a variety of clinical settings, including the Neonatal ICU, pediatrics, and outpatient surgical services.

Karrie provides patient-centered primary care across the lifespan, with a focus on women’s health, chronic condition management, pediatric care, annual physicals and preventive visits, and pain/symptom management. She values clear communication and practical care plans that support long-term health.

Outside of the clinic, Karrie enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Maria Dungo

MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC  

Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Maria Dungo, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of healthcare experience. Before becoming an NP, she worked as a registered nurse in a range of clinical settings including medical-surgical care, ICU, telemetry, and skilled nursing.

Maria earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Saint Peter’s University and provides evidence-based primary care for acute concerns and chronic condition management. She is known for her thoughtful clinical judgment, compassionate communication, and whole-person approach to care. Maria is fluent in English and Tagalog and is passionate about serving her community through volunteer work.

Dr. Eli is a Physical Therapist whose interest in rehab began with his own sports-injury recovery. He creates individualized, hands-on plans focused on biomechanics, education, and practical home strategies to support lasting results. Outside the clinic, he enjoys Houston sports, the outdoors, his dogs, and gaming.

Licensed Acupuncturist & Herbalist

Dr. Liu, DACM, L.Ac., is an acupuncturist in Katy, TX specializing in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. She earned her DACM from the American College of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine and has served patients in the Katy area for several years. Her focus is pain and injury recovery—especially car accident–related and musculoskeletal injuries—supporting concerns like neck/back pain, whiplash tension, headaches, joint pain, and limited range of motion. She also supports women’s health, fertility, and general wellness.
